Eventleash comes with a 30-day free trial on every plan. It does ask for a card up front: here is why, and what happens when the thirty days are up.
Opening the account
- Go to app.eventleash.com and pick Get started.
- Enter your name, email and a password. The email you use here becomes your login, and to begin with you are the account's only administrator.
- Confirm the address from the message you receive. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before asking for another one.
- Choose a plan and enter your billing details and card.
From that moment the account starts setting itself up: that is the activation phase, covered in Activating your account.
How the trial works
Thirty days on every plan, with all the features of the plan you picked — not a cut down version. In those thirty days you can create events, invite people and actually send campaigns, within the plan's limits.
The countdown is on the Billing page, as days remaining. At the end the first charge goes through and the subscription continues monthly unless cancelled.
Why the card is needed up front
It is the question we get most, and the answer is technical but honest: Eventleash sends email in your name, from your domain. A sending service anyone can open with no verification at all becomes a spammer's tool within days, and what suffers is the sending reputation of every customer.
The card is the verification. Nothing is charged during the trial, but without a payment method on file the account never becomes operational, whatever the subscription status says.
Choosing a plan
You can change it whenever you like, so it is not a decision to agonise over. The rule of thumb: look at active events and messages per month, the two limits people hit first.
| Starter | Professional | Agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per month, excl. VAT | €49 | €149 | €399 |
| Active events | 3 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Contacts | 10,000 | 50,000 | Unlimited |
| Messages per month | 5,000 | 50,000 | 250,000 |
| Campaigns per event | 3 | 5 | 10 |
| Custom domains | 1 | 3 | Unlimited |
| Team members | 1 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Support | Priority | Priority with onboarding |
Archived events do not count: if you run a lot of short events, the limit weighs less than it looks. The detail on upgrades, downgrades and quotas is in Plans, quotas and billing.
If somebody invited you
Do not sign up: open the link you were emailed and set a password. You land straight in the account that invited you, with the role they gave you, and you are never asked for a card — the subscription belongs to the account, not to you.
If the invitation expired or you lost it, ask an administrator of that account to send it again from the Users section.
When something gets stuck
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| The confirmation email never arrives | Check your spam folder. On a corporate address with strict filtering, ask IT to allow the sender and then request it again. |
| The card is declined | Many corporate cards block recurring foreign payments: ask your bank to authorise them, or use a different card. |
| I signed up with the wrong email | Write to us before setting up everything else: moving an account to another address is easy at the start and tedious later. |
| I already have an account and need a second one | Do not sign up again with the same email: write to us, multiple accounts are attached to the same login. |
