Every Eventleash account sends from a dedicated domain with its own DKIM authentication: your sending reputation is yours alone, never shared with other senders. We handle bounces, unsubscribes and spam reports automatically, and we block in advance any send to addresses that already refused your communications. It's the difference between an invite that lands in the inbox and one nobody will ever see.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as an "active event"?
An event is active from the moment you create it until you archive it. Archived events don't count against the plan limit and stay browsable forever, with all their attendance data.
How are contacts counted?
We count the contacts in your archive, not the ones you add each month. You can delete or export contacts at any time to stay within your plan limit. Unsubscribed contacts stay on the suppression list without taking up space in the count.
What happens when I hit the contacts limit?
New imports are suspended until you free up space or move to a higher plan. Existing contacts and already scheduled sends are never touched.
What happens if I go over the email quota?
Nothing gets blocked: sends over quota cost €1.20 per 1,000 emails and show up itemised on your invoice at the end of the month. You get a notification when you reach 80% and 100% of the included quota.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are immediate, charged pro-rata for the remaining days; downgrades start from the next billing cycle.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days with all the features of the plan you choose. We ask for a card on activation but the first charge only happens at the end of the trial: cancel before and you pay nothing.
Do emails go out from my domain?
Yes. During onboarding we configure your domain with dedicated DKIM records. Your guests see your name and your address, and the sending reputation you build is exclusively yours.
How does billing work?
An electronic invoice made out to your company on every charge, paid by card. All listed prices exclude VAT.
